Our Programs

The Veterinary Leadership Experience is our flagship program.  This week long program uses an experiential model to allow participants to explore and better understand a new paradigm for leadership.  Participants are mostly students, but professionals are welcome as well.

VLI Trek was modeled after the VLE and includes much of the same great, experiential curriculum.  It is a much smaller group of participants and is for veterinary professionals only.  This is not a student event.

We work closely with students and faculty to design programs that will not only support the technical skills being provided during the rigorous, professional educational process, but also support the development of personal leadership and interpersonal skills.

We can cover numerous content areas related to leadership, communication, resilience, conflict management, emotional intelligence.  Our presenters can present key note addresses, small group workshops, or various other formats to make your meeting exceptional.
